Weighing Lines

Crezta supplies automatic overhead weighing lines for poultry processing plants, designed for continuous weight control, product handling and process optimization.

Systems are executed in stainless steel T-track conveyors and configured according to line length, number of weighing positions and required drop-off points. Typical installations include automatic weighing shackles, calibrated chains, drive and tension units, corner wheels, up/down sections and integrated control systems.

Weighing lines can be equipped with automatic load cells, drop-off stations, collection bins and full PLC–SCADA control for real-time monitoring and data acquisition.

Each system is engineered on a project-specific basis, ensuring seamless integration with existing overhead conveyors, processing lines and plant automation.
