The CD6000 gizzard processor is a machine to harvest clean peeled gizzards. The machine separate the gizzard from the pre-stomach of a processed poultry, clean the gizzard and remove the horny inner skin.

The working of the machine can be divided into the following processing steps:

1. Separate gizzard from the pre-stomach.
2. Cut the gizzard.
3. Clean the gizzard.
4. Peel the inside of the gizzard to remove the inner skin.
